What is the cost of delivery?

All deliveries are FREE. Minimum order value of £15 applies. 

 Do you deliver every day?

Yes, we do, we deliver 7 days a week from Monday to Sunday.

 How long after ordering will I receive my delivery?

We guarantee you will receive your order within 72 hours of placing it,or you will get a full refund. 

 If products are out of stock can you replace or substitute an item?

Yes, we do. Whatever the product, we aim to substitute with an alternative of equal value

 Can I choose my delivery day and time?

Your delivery day and time depends on where you live. This also means we can’t offer delivery time slots just now but we are aiming to be able to do that soon.  On the morning of your delivery, we can track the progress of your driver and find out an approximate arrival time for you, just give us a ring on 0800 612 4720

 Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

No, you don’t. We want our service to be as convenient as can be for you. We take delivery instructions so your driver can leave your order wherever you want it in a safe place.

 Can I choose what comes in my fruit & veg box?

YES ABSOLUTELY ! This is what makes our service unique. We have over 65 items you can choose from to make a box that is just right for you. 

 How can I find out what i can choose from

 Where can you leave my delivery if I’m not in?

We can leave it anywhere you think is safe, which could be as simple as leaving it by your front door. Some other examples are: tucked out of sight behind a wall, flower pot or bush, inside a recycling bin (just make sure it’s not your collection day!), inside or behind a storage area (such as a utility cupboard or bike shed), inside an outbuilding like a shed, greenhouse, playhouse or garage
